သင်တန်းဝင်ခွင့်လိုအပ်ချက်များ
(က) အသိအမှတ်ပြုတက္ကသိုလ် တစ်ခုခုမှဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီး သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုတွင် အခြားသင်တန်းတက်ရောက်နေသူမဖြစ်စေရေး ဝန်ထမ်းဖြစ်ပါကသက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနအကြီးအကဲ၏သင်တန်းသို့တက်ရောက်ခွင့်ပြုကြောင်း ထောက်ခံစာပါရှိရမည်။
သတ်မှတ်ထားသောသင်ရိုးအတိုင်းအချိန်ပြည့်မီစွာတက်ရောက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ပြီး Zoom Application အားကောင်းစွာအသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
သင်တန်းမှာ (၂) နှစ်သင်တန်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ပထမနှစ်တွင် ပညာသင်ကာလ (၄) ခုနှင့် ဘာသာရပ် (၃) ခုစီသင်ကြားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဒုတိယနှစ်တွင် ပညာသင်ကာလ (၃) ခု ဘာသာရပ် (၂)ခုစီ နှင့် ကျန် (၁) ဘာသာအတွက် ပညာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာပါမောက္ခများ၊ သက်ဆိုင်ရာပြင်ပပညာရှင်များအား ဖိတ်ကြားပြီး Serminar များပို့သွားပါမည်။
နောက်ဆုံးပညာသင် ကာလတွင် ကျမ်းစာရေးသား တင်သွင်းပြီး နှုတ်ဖြေ စာမေးပွဲ ဖြေဆိုရပါမည်။
၂ နှစ်အတွင်း ရေးဖြေသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကျမ်းစာသော်လည်းကောင်း မပြီးစီးပါက နောက်ကျကြေးဆက်လက်ပေးသွင်းရမည်။
ခွင့်တိုင်ကြားခြင်းနှင့်ကြောင်းရပ်နားခြင်း
(က) မည်သည့်စာသင်နှစ်တွင်မဆို ဆေးလက်မှတ်ဖြင့် ဆေးခွင့် (၂၁) ရက်ခံစားခွင့်ရှိသည်။
(ခ) သင်တန်း၏ပထမနှစ်တွင် Core Course များသင်ကြားရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး သင်တန်းရပ်နားခွင့်မရှိပါ။ ပထမနှစ်တွင် သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်ရန်နှင့် စာမေးပွဲဖြေဆိုရန် ပျက်ကွက်ပါကသင်တန်းမှ နှုတ်ထွက်ပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(ဂ) ဒုတိယနှစ်တွင် စာသင်ကာလအလိုက်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ စာသင်နှစ်အလိုက်သော်လည်းကောင်း သင်တန်းရပ်နားခွင့်ရှိသည်။
(ဃ) မည်သည့်ပုံစံဖြင့်ရပ်နားသည်ဖြစ်စေ စာသင်နှစ် (၃) နှစ်အတွင်း Course work နှင့်ကျမ်းစာပြုစုရေးသား တင်သွင်းအောင်မြင်ပြီး ဖြစ်ရမည်။

MPA Programme Design
Keeping abstract of new administrative development and demands of the country, the Monywa University of Economies has been offering, since the year 1998 a graduate programme leading to a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. This programme is designed for persons from a variety of academic and professional backgrounds, for policy makers and personnel, who are dealing with public affairs or nonprofit management, who expect great responsibility in public administration.
The programme comprises of number of courses conducted by senior faculty members of Monywa University of Economics, the Monywa University, retired experienced public administrators, and executives from nonprofit organizations. The MPA full time programme offered is a two academic years programme.
First year is divided into four quarters. Three courses of 3 credit units each are ollered cach quarter in first year. In second year, three quarter are set with 2 courses each for regular learning and last one quarters for thesis writing. All participants are required to complete 18 courses and a thesis to obtain the 72 credit units required for MPA degree. Participants of the full time programme are required to attend daytime classes 6 hours per day 2 days a week.
